Hello and welcome to my art page.
My name is Mihaela and my husband is Dan. We are born in Bucharest (Romania) but we live for many years in Switzerland.
Mixing colors was my passion. So in 2015 I started to paint and became a hobby for me and an escape from daily routine.
Mostly I use fluid paints (acryl) and pouring is the basic technique’s name. Step by step I improved my style to use on different supports.
I am not alone in this adventure, because Dan, who loves to play with wood and metal makes the frames for my paintings.
We don’t tell you about ours long (most contradictory) discussion about which frame with which canvas, which passepartout (color, model, width) with which kind of painting match.
Is a win – win adventure.
For many years we have started to participate monthly to the “Handwerkermärit” (craft market) in Bern and be part of the association.
In this manner the works are spread all over the world thanks to the tourists who visit Bern.
